George

Founder & Master Trainer

I am the proud founder and co-owner of Anasa. I love coffee and to bring high energy into the class.

I discovered a passion for Pilates from a very young age as it kept me strong, flexible and injury free during my professional waterpolo career. I trained on the most comprehensive pilates method in the world, the STOTT PILATES® method and never stopped learning and evolving for 20 years practicing Pilates.

My passion for Pilates runs deeper than just teaching. It’s a lifelong pursuit of understanding how movement can transform lives. With many years of dedicated study and practice, I’ve delved deep into the nuances of this incredible method, exploring its profound impact on the mind and body.

I’ve had the privilege of guiding clients of all levels, from seasoned athletes to those seeking rehabilitation, on their Pilates journeys.

My expertise extends beyond the mat, encompassing a comprehensive understanding of biomechanics, injury prevention, and personalized training plans, while focusing on constantly seeking new knowledge and innovative approaches to help you achieve your fitness goals.

I always dreamt of opening my own studio one day and sharing my passion for Reformer Pilates and I made it happen with my best Pilates buddy who happened to be my wife!

Margarita

Founder & Pilates Instructor

I am  the proud co owner of Anasa.

My journey with Pilates began not as a profession, but as a necessity. Diagnosed with severe scoliosis, I sought a solution beyond conventional treatments, finding solace and strength in the Reformer. It wasn’t just about pain management; it was about reclaiming my body, rebuilding my posture, and discovering a profound sense of balance. This transformative experience ignited a passion that led me to rigorous training in the STOTT PILATES® method, one of the leading training providers in the world.

I bring not only technical expertise but also a deep understanding of the body’s resilience and potential.

I specialise in working with diverse populations, from athletes seeking to refine their performance to individuals navigating physical limitations, hypermobility, and pre/post-natal changes. My approach is rooted in precision and personalized instruction, designed to empower you to achieve your unique goals.

My classes are challenging and creative, pushing you to explore the full range of your physical capabilities while fostering a sense of confidence and empowerment. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where you can build strength, improve mobility, and unlock your inner potential!

Pilates reshaped my life, and I am dedicated to sharing that transformative power with you!

Kelsey

Pilates Instructor

Kelsey first joined ANASA in January 2024 and instantly fell in love with Reformer Pilates — drawn in by the uplifting energy of the studio and the inspiring classes led by George and Margarita. What began as a personal practice quickly became a passion. After experiencing powerful physical and mental benefits herself — from easing back pain to healing an old injury — she knew she wanted to help others feel the same.

One of ANASA’s most exceptional instructors, the instructor behind some of our most loved and in-demand classes and our Pre and Post Natal expert leading all our Baby classes!

With a background as a dancer, musical theatre performer, Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher, Kelsey brings incredible technical knowledge, flow and energy to every session. Her classes are dynamic, motivating and intelligently structured — challenging yet supportive — helping clients build strength, mobility and confidence they can feel in everyday life.

As a devoted mum to her son, Kelsey also understands what it means to juggle a full, busy life while carving out time for yourself. She brings that empathy and real-life perspective into her teaching, creating a space where every client feels seen, supported and inspired.

Outside the studio, Kelsey loves being outdoors, travelling, spending time with family and friends, and occasionally returning to her performing arts roots. Her warmth, energy and expertise make her a cornerstone of the ANASA community — both on and off the Reformer.

Ellie

Reformer Pilates Instructor

Ellie was instantly hooked after attended her very first Reformer Pilates class at ANASA! What began as a way to unwind soon became a meaningful part of her weekly routine — a space where strength, mindfulness and community came together. She loves how Reformer Pilates doesn’t just build physical strength and mobility but also brings a sense of calm and clarity to a busy life.

Working in the veterinary world, Ellie understands first-hand how demanding days can affect both body and mind. Pilates became her way to restore balance — and she’s passionate about helping others experience that same reset. Her background in animal anatomy has given her a unique, curious eye for movement and mechanics, which she now channels into building thoughtful, results-driven classes that meet clients where they are and help them progress with confidence.

Known for her warm energy and friendly approach, Ellie strives to create a welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a regular in the studio, expect encouraging guidance, a touch of humour, and maybe a chat during footwork warm-up.

Rob

Reformer Pilates Instructor

After years in a fast-paced engineering career (and countless hours spent in planes, trains and meeting rooms), Rob discovered Reformer Pilates — and it completely transformed how he moves and feels. With a wife and son who both have backgrounds in physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation, he’s developed a deep appreciation for body mechanics and functional movement, something that naturally influences his precise and thoughtful teaching style.

Jess

Reformer Pilates Instructor

Jess brings a vibrant mix of movement experience to every Reformer class. With a lifelong passion for dance, a decade of teaching science abroad, and a career shift into fitness coaching, she combines energy, precision and clear communication to help clients get the most out of their practice.

After facing multiple injuries herself, Jess discovered Reformer Pilates as a powerful tool for rehabilitation — improving her strength, flexibility and mobility. That journey shapes the way she teaches today: she knows what it’s like to rebuild, reconnect and feel stronger in your body again.

Jess’s classes are designed to support real life — helping you move better, feel confident, and build strength that carries far beyond the studio. Her warm, motivating style creates a space where everyone, no matter their starting point, can progress and thrive.

Abbey

Reformer Pilates Instructor

Working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments made her realise how easy it is to put everyone else first and neglect your own wellbeing. Discovering ANASA in its opening week in May 2023 changed everything — Reformer became her space to breathe, reconnect, and move in a way that felt genuinely good.

Over two years and more than 200 classes later, Reformer Pilates has seen her through injuries, helped her rebuild strength and finally discover her core. She didn’t come from a fitness or athletic background — and that’s exactly what makes her approach so inclusive. Whether you’re starting out, recovering from injury, or looking to enhance your performance in other sports, she knows what it’s like to be in your shoes and will guide you with patience, clarity and care.

Her classes are designed to help you build strength and confidence while finding calm through movement. And outside of the studio? You’ll find her walking her dog with her partner, sipping matcha on coffee dates, planning her next city break and — more often than not — back at ANASA, the place that started it all.

Her classes are structured, purposeful and motivating. Sophie knows how to create an environment where everyone — from beginners to regulars — feels supported and challenged at just the right level. Her focus on precision and progression ensures that each movement works for your body, helping you build strength, improve mobility and see real results.

Melanie

Reformer Pilates Instructor

After clocking hundreds of hours on the Reformer as a client, Mel felt a natural pull to take her passion further. She completed ANASA’s rigorous, months-long instructor training — developing a sharp understanding of movement, technique and how to create classes that are both challenging and enjoyable.

Mel’s sessions are dynamic, interactive and full of encouragement. She loves a good plank (and can hold one for what feels like forever!), so you can expect strong, core-focused sequences designed to build endurance, strength and confidence. Her warm energy ensures every client feels supported — whether you’re taking your very first class or pushing towards your next personal best.

Outside the studio, Mel works full-time for the NHS in a Respiratory ward, bringing a deep empathy and understanding of the human body and wellbeing to her teaching. When she’s not on the Reformer, you’ll find her outdoors hiking or spending time with her family.

Alice first discovered Pilates after joining ANASA as a client in early 2024 — and she was hooked from day one. Margarita still remembers her first slow flow class! After struggling with a long-term back injury, Alice was amazed by how much Pilates supported her recovery, improved her strength, and boosted her overall wellbeing.

She fell in love with the balance of strength, control and mindfulness that Pilates brings and decided to qualify as a Level 3 Mat and Reformer instructor to help others experience those same benefits.

Alice’s classes are uplifting, clear and energising — especially if you love a strong upper-body series (her personal favourite!). She’s a morning person through and through, often spotted in the studio bright and early with a hazelnut matcha in hand, ready to help clients start their day feeling strong and empowered.

Outside the studio, Alice works as a Senior Marketing Manager in London. When she’s not teaching or training, she’s usually renovating her little Victorian terraced house, planning her next trip or enjoying the outdoors with friends and family.
