Who?

Beginner | If you’re a beginner in Reformer Pilates, then you can start with private sessions. You will have a structured introduction to the Pilates fundamental principles, foundation flows and learn the equipment and method at your own pace in a safe environment.

Rehabilitation | If you’re recovering from injury or illness, Pilates is highly effective for muscular and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Pre & Postnatal Pilates | Whether you’re pregnant or recovering after birth, Reformer, Tower and Wunda Chair Pilates offer a safe and effective way to build strength through every stage of motherhood. During pregnancy, our low-impact approach helps support posture, mobility and stability, whilst postnatal sessions focus on rebuilding core strength and recovering from birth in an enjoyable and supportive environment.

Birthday Parties & Anniversary Celebrations & Hen Do’s | bring your friends and celebrate doing reformer pilates.

For your Friends and Family | If you want to create a private class with your family or friends with a tailored choreography.

Athlete Programme | If you’re an athlete, tailored reformer classes will enhance your training regime during your strengthening and recovery phases.

Experienced Pilates Practitioner | If you’re an experienced Pilates practitioner and already attending classes, the one-to-one attention makes these sessions ideal for working on specific exercises, refining your form and technique or simply benefitting from the undivided attention of us to help you progress further, faster.

Tower and Wunda Chair | If you want to include in your weekly pilates practice the Reformer Tower, Tower Mat and Wunda Chair, then through a private session you can gain access to our premium apparatus. . The Tower and Chair will accelerate the progress in regards to body alignment and strengthening.

We offer 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 Private sessions with an array of premium apparatus including the Tower Reformer and Wunda Chair

REFORMER INSTRUCTOR QUALIFICATION

This a 20h personal practical training and an intensive 3 days in-class Dynamic Reformer Pilates Instructor training course accredited by Active iQ.

If you are looking for a career change or you just want to learn more about pilates, then this course is for you.

Objectives of the course:

  • To teach and understand the applications for the beginner (Level 1) and intermediate (Level 2) Dynamic Reformer Pilates movements.
  • To understand safety and contra-indications.
  • To apply modifications and variation to the reformer movements based on a sound understanding of posture, biomechanics, and movement.
  • To teach the movement with clarity, precision, and confidence.
  • To provide relevant verbal, tactile, and visual feedback to the client.
  • To design effective class plans.
  • To develop your own body awareness and ability to perform the movements.
