New to Reformer

New to ANASA Pilates

What’s

Reformer Pilates?

Whether you are completely new to Reformer Pilates, returning after time away, or looking for a studio that teaches the method properly, ANASA is the place to begin.

Our boutique studios in Newark and Fernwood offer small-group Reformer Pilates classes with expert instruction, intelligent programming and a warm community feel — so you can build strength, confidence and control from your very first session.

ANASA has two boutique Reformer & Tower Pilates studios in Newark and Fernwood, welcoming clients from Newark-on-Trent, Fernwood, Balderton, Southwell, Lincoln, Retford, Mansfield, Bingham, Grantham and Nottingham.

Why start at ANASA?

At ANASA, you are not just booking a Reformer class — you are joining a studio that takes the method, the teaching and the community seriously.

Our classes are small, our programming is intelligent, and every instructor is trained in-house to the ANASA standard, rooted in STOTT Pilates principles. That means you are guided with purpose, precision and proper technique — not random “fancy” moves created for social media.

We layer each class carefully so you can build strength, control and confidence at your own pace, whether you are completely new to Reformer Pilates or ready to be challenged.

And yes, you will feel the fire.

Beyond the method, ANASA is built on community. We know our clients, we care about their progress, and we have created a space where people feel supported, seen and part of something bigger than just a weekly class.

As an award-winning studio recognised year after year, we are proud to bring a high standard of Reformer Pilates to Newark and Fernwood — with expert teaching, strong energy and the kind of atmosphere that keeps people coming back.

You will perform an almost unlimited number of exercise variations, challenged in many different ways, making the Reformer a fun and never boring method of training.

A few

things to know

WHICH CLASS?

Our classes are designed to suit everybody, whether you’ve tried reformer Pilates before or you’re brand new!

However to ensure you get the most from your first experience, we highly recommend you book into a Slow Flow class or even better our 3-week Beginner Course (1 sessions a week, starts first Sunday of each month at 14:30).

Alternatively, you can book a Private session tailored to your needs, so you can get a deep knowledge on the foundation flows and pilates principles at your own pace, before you join a group class.

Our studio is shoe free with designated area upon entering to leave your shoes.

You have to wear Pilates Grippy Socks for your workout and to move around the studio. You can buy them in the studio.
