BEGINNER COURSE

Level? Beginner
When? Starting every first Sunday of the month at 14:30 in Fernwood studio, for 3 consecutive weeks with 1 session a week.
What? If you would like to have a deep dive into the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates and learn the foundation moves and flows in a safe and fun environment, then join this small group of 9 people for a 3 week course with 1 class per week.
YOU HAVE TO ATTEND THE SAME SLOT (DAY & TIME) EACH WEEK.
Who? Anyone who prefers starting the Pilates journey through our tailored course learning the fundamentals.
Parent & Baby

A calm and supportive 6-week postnatal Pilates programme designed to help you safely rebuild strength after birth, with your baby by your side.
This small group class combines Reformer, Tower and Mat Pilates to support gentle core rehabilitation, improve posture, and strengthen key areas such as glutes, back and shoulders.
The environment is relaxed and baby-friendly, allowing you to feed, settle and care for your little one as needed throughout the session.
This is a structured programme, ideal for easing back into movement while connecting with other new parents in a supportive space.
Suitable for
• 6+ weeks post vaginal birth
• 12+ weeks post C-section
• Babies until crawling/on the move
SLOW FLOW

Level? All-Levels
What? An all-levels class designed to build core strength, improve postural alignment and develop balance through classical Pilates core principles.
Move mindfully to refine technique and feel stronger, longer and more in control.
Who? This class is perfect if you want to focus on technique, you are new to Reformer Pilates or recovering from injuries.
DYNAMIC FLOW

Level? Intermediate to Advance
What? It is a blend of classical Pilates exercises and athletic moves to create a high energy, creative, results driven class. It’s Reformer ANASA-style!
Who? Are you ready to burn calories, tone up, transform your body and your mind? Then this class is for you. It’s tough, but so are you!
FLEXIBILITY

Level? All-Levels
What? Enjoy a series of dynamic stretching and mobility focused flows to help you improve overall flexibility and body alignment.
Reformer, is perfect for isolating and lengthening specific muscles, and enabling a deeper, more effective stretch than you could achieve unassisted.
Who? Everyone! Give some love back to your body.
TOWER

Level? All-Levels
What? Discover the versatility and precision of the Tower — a spring-based system that brings a new dimension to your Pilates practice.
Tower Pilates allows for a greater range of movement, targeted resistance, and enhanced control. This class blends strength, mobility, and mindful flow to tone the entire body while improving posture and alignment.
Who? Anyone who wants to explore a new level of movement
SWEAT AND SCULPT

Level? Intermediate
What? This full body-blast Reformer workout will improve your strength, core activation, cardiovascular and muscular endurance more than a Spin class will.
You will also be using the Jumpboard, our favourite prop for a very good reason!
….and we will be spicing your work out with some ANASA-style mat pilates flows to literally sculpt your muscles.
Who? Expect to move fast, sweat and reach the next level.
Pilates Circuit

Level? Intermediate
What? Our Premium class, with only 5 people per session. You will be using the Tower Reformer, Tower Mat, Jumpboard Reformer and Wunda Chairs in a circuit class format!
You will work on strengthening and toning, while enhancing your stability and body control. You will be working as a small team doing wonderful & fun things!
Who? Perfect for those who want to improve their strength, control and precision while enjoying the buzz of training as part of a team.
GLUTES & CORE

Level? All-Levels
What?
This class combines targeted glute activation with focused abdominal and oblique work to improve posture, balance, and overall movement quality. Expect controlled, low-impact Pilates sequences that strengthen from the inside out and leave you feeling powerful, aligned, and supported.
You’ll target the glutes, hips, hamstrings, inner thighs, and the entire core system for a balanced and effective workout.
Who? Anyone who wants to isolate muscles for targeted results!
CORE & STRETCH

What?
The first half of the class focuses on building strength through the entire core system — not just the abdominals, but the shoulders, back muscles, obliques, and hips.
The second half slows down into a full-body stretch and mobility sequence. You’ll work through hips, glutes, quads, hamstrings, spinal rotation and extension — releasing tension and improving flexibility.
Who? Perfect for anyone wanting to build a stronger, more connected core while restoring openness and mobility throughout the body.
