Frequently asked questions
Our classes are designed to suit everybody, whether you’ve tried reformer Pilates before or you’re brand new! However to ensure you get the most from your first experience, we highly recommend you book into a Slow Flow class. This is a group class, with more focus on your individual needs, taught at a pace that allows you grasp the principles and flow of our unique method.
Alternatively, you could book a 1-1 Private Session with one of our instructors.
If you prefer to focus on building strong foundations, then the best option for you is our signature Beginner Semi-Private session, with only up to 3 people in the session.
Please bring a water bottle; we have double-filtered water at our studio (stay hydrated & be kind to be planet!).
You have to wear Pilates Grippy Socks, which you can buy in the studio.
There is designated space to leave your belongings.
Yes! The Morrison’s supermarket car park is next door with 2 hours FREE parking as long as you shop from the supermarket. There is also on street FREE parking with no restrictions on Lover’s Lane. There is on street parking nearby for 1 hour FREE of charge (on Bar Gate, Appletone and Kings Road streets). Alternatively, there are a few car parks around the studio less than 10 min walking distance for a fee (Lover’s Lane, Appletone Gate car parks).
Reformer Pilates is a safe form of exercise during pregnancy, and has wonderful benefits.
You can join Group Classes during and after pregnancy as our trained instructors will modify for you any exercises which are not suitable for pregnancy so as you are safe and achieve targeted benefits.
Pre-Natal: You can join any class up to the end of the 1st trimester. From the 2nd trimester onwards, you can join only Slow Flow classes. To continue coming to group classes after the 1st trimester, you will also need to complete 1x Private Reformer session where you will learn more about exercise and pregnancy as well as which exercise to modify and how.
Any post- natal clients can attend our Slow Flow classes 6 weeks after natural delivery or 8 weeks after C-section. Please drop us an email for more details.
This depends on each individual. We recommend:
3 times per week – The ideal practice
2 times per week consistently – Excellent for toning and maintenance
*As with any workout plan, proper water intake and nutrition count the most!
We have a changing room and a toilet. There are no shower facilities.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first class, so that you can familiarise yourself with the studio, your teacher and the Reformer. We will check you in upon arrival. If it is not your first class please arrive on time to prepare and start the warm-up with the group. Feel free to come up to 30min earlier to join us for a complimentary cup of tea or coffee and maybe for some cake and fruits.
Life throws us all curveballs from time to time, and they can sometimes make you late for class; rest assured, we’ll always settle you in safely to the group when you arrive. However, if you are running late for your first class, for your own health and safety and to ensure you have the best introduction, we will ask for you to reschedule by contacting us.

The timetable visbility is 4 weeks, which means we make visible to you one additional date each day. Check it regularly to pre-book your classes or join our waiting list if a class is full booked.
Click on the “Book” button which will redirect you to the LegitFit page, our booking system.
Set up an account and you will be ready to buy passes, memberships and book classes. You can book, reschedule or cancel a class.
Make sure you have bought your passes or membership before you can book a class.
Alternatively, download the ANASA Pilates app to create an account and to manage your account. This is the most user friendly options!
You’re free to manage your class bookings and make cancellations online, via the website or Anasa Pilates App. Just make sure to do it at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the class.
Complimentary Tea & coffee | Feel free to come earlier or stay after the class to join us for a cup of tea or coffee and maybe for some cake and fruits!
All our sessions are 50 minutes long, leaving time to cool down and clean the equipment after use.
✨ Pre-book your next month classes up to 4 weeks in advance, EVEN BEFORE your monthly membership has been renewed. (the timetable visbility is 4 weeks, which means we make visible to you one additional date each day)
✨ Your membership starting date is set from the date of your purchase (e.i. monthly membership from 10th Aug to 10th Sept).
✨ If you prefer to get billed a specific date of the month, then let us know and we will set it up for you. No need your membership start date to be the same with the billing date.
✨ If you are going away for 3 consequetive weeks or more, then we can help with freezing your membership for any additional week of absence.
✨ If you need to upgrade/downgrade your membership, just get in contact with us and we will do it for you.
✨ Canceling your membership: Please let us know 10 days before your renewal date.

The reformer pilates allows each excersise to be adjusted so it is safe, accessible and challenging for each individual. Every day, a visit to your studio will be the time of the day solely for you!
